After coming to Thailand to train, fight and learn about muaythai management and promotions, Toli Makris met Songchai Ratanasuban in 2004. It was to be the beginning of a long relationship during which Toli has learnt a great deal about the muaythai industry from his long-term mentor.

Toli has worked closely with Songchai on a number of projects and he has used this knowledge to establish his own companies, including Elite Boxing, in order to help him achieve his vision for the future of muaythai as a truly global sport.

Today, Toli handles many of the international relations and development for Songchai.
